Power outage update:

The issue was located and power will be slowly restored systematically so there are no more issues. We anticipate power to start being restored sectioned out starting in the next 30 or so minutes. This issue was not directly caused by JCP&L. Please be patient as power is restored.

We have a large power outage in the Wanamassa and Colonial Terrace area of about 1000 residents. There is a breaker down and crews are on their way. ETR to be sent as soon as we get additional information.

It’s still hard to believe….

☦️ 40-Day Memorial for Father Andrew ☦️

This Sunday, our Saint George parish family will gather to remember and pray for our beloved Father Andrew Eugenis as we mark his 40-day memorial.

For so many years, Father Andrew stood with us in moments of joy, sorrow, celebration, and prayer. He baptized, blessed, comforted, taught, and faithfully served our community. Though we continue to feel his absence deeply, we also remain grateful for the love, faith, and memories he left with us.

We invite all who knew and loved Father Andrew to join us this Sunday as we pray for the repose of his soul and surround Presvytera Angela, his family, his brother clergy, and our parish community with continued love and prayer.

Following services, please stay with us for Coffee Hour, where we will have time to gather in fellowship, share stories, and remember Father Andrew together.

Exciting possibilities are ahead for Orchard Plaza on Route 35! 🏗️

The proposed redevelopment would bring higher-end apartments and retail to the property, creating a fresh new look for this area of our community.

I’m excited to see this proposal make its way to the Planning Board and to see what the future could hold for Orchard Plaza and Ocean Township.
