The members of the MiraCosta College Police Department (MCPD) are responsible for protecting life and property on or near any property owned or controlled by the MiraCosta Community College District.

🚗 Don’t Wait…Get Your Parking Permit Before August 24! 🚗

Make sure you’ve purchased and picked up your parking permit before August 24 to avoid any parking issues when the semester begins.

How to purchase your permit:
🌐 Go to the MiraCosta College website, then log in to your SURF account → Financial Account → Buy Parking Permit
🏢 Or purchase your permit in person at the Cashier’s Office.

Picking up your permit?
🪪 Please bring a valid photo ID when you come to pick up your permit.

If you’ll be parking on campus, be sure to purchase your parking permit before your first day.

You can purchase your permit online through the MiraCosta College website by logging into SURF and selecting Financial Account → Buy Parking Permit, or stop by the Cashier’s Office.

A great day connecting with students at MiraCosta College’s Job and Internship Fair 👏
MCPD shared information about our S.T.O.P. program and internship opportunities while Lead PSO Hodges demonstrated latent print lifting techniques for students interested in forensic and public safety work. PSA Ella, interns Victor and Ruby, and Chief Saadat were all part of the event and enjoyed engaging with students throughout the day.
