Your mental and physical health are deeply connected, and taking care of one can have a positive impact on the other.

NAMI Hearts + Minds is coming to Oconto County, and UW-Madison Division of Extension’s Sarah Schindel and Sarah Dick with Oconto County Public Health will be helping lead the sessions.

This is an opportunity to learn more about the connection between mental and physical health, build practical skills, and connect with others in the community. We’re glad to partner with NAMI to bring this learning opportunity to our community.
