📣 ATTENTION PINEY ORCHARD STREET FESTIVAL SPONSORS AND VENDORS! 📣

The countdown is officially on! 🎉 Our Mandatory Vendor Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 10th at 6:00 PM at the Piney Orchard Community Center.

Please take a few minutes to review the flyer below for all the details. We’ll be covering important festival-day information including check-in, set-up, parking, POCA Bucks, vendor rules and more.

With both our Street and Community Center vendor areas completely SOLD OUT, we are expecting a very busy festival morning! Attending this meeting will help make check-in and set-up much smoother for everyone.

If you cannot attend, please make arrangements to have a representative attend on your behalf.
