🚨 NOW HIRING: ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATOR 🚨

Looking for a career where you can enforce the law, protect the environment, and make a visible difference in your community?

Ector County Environmental Enforcement is looking for an Environmental Investigator to join our team!

Our Environmental Enforcement Division operates under the leadership of Precinct 1 Constable Wes Carta, giving qualified investigators the opportunity to also serve as Deputy Constables.

🔹 Conduct traffic enforcement and assist other law enforcement agencies
🔹 Investigate nuisance and illegal discharge cases
🔹 Work directly with property owners to gain compliance
🔹 Participate in special operations and community initiatives
🔹 Have the opportunity to serve as Deputy Constables with Ector County Constable Precinct 1

If you're ready for a position where no two days are the same and your work has a direct impact on Ector County, we want to hear from you!

Big change starts with community cooperation. 👏
Our Environment Enforcement team recently completed a major cleanup of a property pit off 52nd, making a significant difference for the surrounding neighborhood. What was once an eyesore and a concern for nearby constituents has now been transformed into a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming space. We are currently still working on this project, however, the progress is AMAZING.

This cleanup is a great example of what can happen when our team and the community work together. We appreciate the constituents who brought the issue to our attention and worked with us throughout the process. Most importantly, the cleanup was completed at the property owner’s expense, not at the cost of taxpayers.

When we work together, we can make a real impact on the neighborhoods we all call home. 🏘️💪
