A huge thank you to our amazing WatchDOGS and crosswalk crew who help make Reagan mornings so special for our kids ⭐️☀️

Every morning, our AllStars are greeted with smiles, waves, encouragement, and safe crossings as they head into school ready for the day. The early mornings and dedication you give to our students never go unnoticed. ❤️

For so many kids, those quick morning hellos, high fives, and familiar faces truly help start their day on a happy and positive note. Thank you for helping our students feel safe, seen, and loved before they even walk through the doors.

We’re definitely going to miss seeing y’all this summer, and Reagan is so lucky to have people who care so deeply about our kids. ⭐️🛑

🎉 Reagan Alumni Spotlight 🎉

Congratulations to Dr. Brandon Dominguez on this incredible accomplishment! 🦷✨

A proud Reagan Elementary alumni, Brandon began kindergarten at Reagan in 2005–2006 and graduated 6th grade in 2012. He went on to attend Permian High School and The University of Texas at Austin before graduating from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry! 🎓

We are especially proud to share that Dr. Dominguez will be returning home to the Permian Basin to begin practicing with Bliss Dental in Midland, serving the community that helped shape him.

Your Reagan family is so proud of you, Dr. Dominguez! Once an AllStar, always an AllStar! ⭐💙

⭐ Reagan PTO Reminders ⭐

☀️ Field Day is almost here! Overflow parking for guests will be available at the nearby church to help with parking around campus.

🥤 We will also have a small concessions stand available with drinks and snacks for purchase during the event.

🍎 Reagan PTO will be providing every student with water, fruit, and a granola bar to help keep our All Stars fueled throughout the day.

📚 PTO will also be delivering yearbooks to students on May 13th!

As we wrap up another incredible school year, we want to sincerely thank our amazing parents, families, teachers, and community for supporting our PTO. Because of your generosity, we were able to provide so many meaningful experiences, celebrations, and resources for our students and staff this year, including:

⭐ Back-to-campus popsicle feed
⭐ Covering travel expenditures for teachers attending summer trainings
⭐ Read N Quiz for teachers
⭐ Donuts with Dudes
⭐ P.S. I Love You
⭐ One Book, One School
⭐ Valentine lunch for our teachers, generously donated by PTO board members
⭐ Jackets and gift cards for our WatchDOGS volunteers
⭐ Scholastic Weekly resources for students
⭐ Young Authors books
⭐ Author visits
⭐ Teacher enrichment opportunities
⭐ Teacher Appreciation Week with breakfast, lunch, treats, and goodies for all teachers and administrative staff throughout the week
⭐ Snack bags for all teachers during STAAR testing, since teachers are unable to leave their classrooms during testing
⭐ STAAR Dance where every student received free admission plus a drink and snack ticket
⭐ Pizza parties for all classes during Fun Day
⭐ Jumpers and a brand new maze for Fun Day
⭐ Sweets with Sweeties
⭐ Snow cones for all classes during end-of-year celebrations
⭐ Jumpers and games for the MAP Growth celebration
⭐ Snacks and drinks for all students during Field Day
⭐ A new school mascot that will be used year-round (and has already received great feedback from students and staff)

In addition to these events and initiatives, thanks to the incredible support of our community during Reagan Fest (where we raised a record-breaking $70,734.51) the PTO has committed $50,000 toward the addition of a glass security wall at the front entrance of the school to help provide an added layer of campus safety and prevent visitors from being able to walk directly into the building. Student and staff safety will always remain a top priority.

Every fundraiser, sponsorship, donation, and volunteer hour goes directly back into supporting our students, staff, and campus community. We also welcome ideas, feedback, and suggestions as we continue looking for ways to support and improve our campus.

REAGAN ALL STARS JERSEY UPDATE 💙⭐

We are aware of the printing mistake on some of the jerseys, as several students received jerseys without printing on the back.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and have already been in contact with our vendor to correct the issue.

The jerseys are currently being reprinted, and we have been told the corrected jerseys should be ready next week.

Families are welcome to keep the jersey that was delivered. If you would prefer to return it, you may send it back to school and we will gladly add it to our All Stars closet to help support students on our campus.
