Odessa Outreach Odessa Outreach was developed to replace Odessa United Way, which began in 1980. Odessa Outreach does not provide individual/family assistance.

Donations may be made to Odessa Outreach at this link: https://square.link/u/rCSxZFbu Odessa Outreach, which serves the same area as the Odessa, MO R-VII School District, was developed to replace Odessa United Way, which began in 1980. The Outreach Board raises funds throughout the year via Spring Bingo in March, Duck Race in July, Penny Pitch at Puddle Jumper Days in August, and Turkey Bingo in

November, as well as memorial gifts. Funds are disbursed annually to area non-profits (those that serve the patrons of the Odessa R-VII School District boundaries) at Plea Night in January.

Odessa Outreach PLEA NIGHT will be on THURSDAY, JANUARY 8 @ 6:00 P.M. at the Odessa Community Building.

Following is a link to the Plea Night application. PLEASE NOTE the application must be completed in its entirety with the organization's IRS non-profit designation letter attached and presented for consideration at Plea Night on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Odessa Community Building. Forms do not need to be submitted before Plea Night. Attendance at Plea Night is mandatory for consideration of any request.
