Happy Principal Appreciation Month to the one and only Micah Arrott!!!

Where do we even begin?! Some people are simply born to lead, and Micah Arrott is one of those people!!!

To say we are blessed to have her leading our Pease family would be the understatement of the year! She is so much more than an incredible principal. She is a mentor, an encourager, a problem-solver, a cheerleader, a listening ear, and quite honestly, the glue that holds so much of what we do together!!!

Micah leads with heart, grace, strength, and purpose. She sees the potential in people, even when they may not see it in themselves. She challenges us to grow, celebrates our victories (big AND small), and reminds us that what we do every single day matters. She doesn't just talk about making a difference… she lives it!!!

What makes her truly extraordinary isn't just what she does for our school, but HOW she does it. She leads by example, loves our students fiercely, believes in her teachers wholeheartedly, and pours so much of herself into making Pease a place where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired.

And let's be real… being a principal is NOT for the faint of heart!!! Yet somehow, she manages to navigate the chaos, tackle the challenges, and continue showing up for her people day after day.

Micah, I hope you know just how deeply you are loved, respected, and appreciated. Your leadership has made an incredible impact on our campus, but even more importantly, you've made a lasting impact on the PEOPLE who are lucky enough to work alongside you!!!

Great leaders don't just build great schools. They build people. And THAT is exactly what you do!!!

Calling All Pease Mustang Families!!!

We need your help making this Halloween a little sweeter for our Mustangs!

Our Halloween Candy Drive is officially underway, and we're asking our AMAZING Pease families to help us fill those candy buckets!

Every bag of candy donated helps us create a fun, memorable, and TREAT-filled day for ALL of our students! No donation is too small, and every little bit makes a difference!

Monday is our Columbus Day holiday, so all schools and offices are closed. Tuesday is a professional development day, so kids are out of school that day, too, and we have a full day of learning in store. Enjoy the weekend and be safe!
