More than 600 local students across Keith County kicked off summer with a sweet surprise today! ๐Ÿฆโ˜€๏ธ

The Keith County Chamber Promotions Committee organized ice cream socials at Prairie View School, St. Lukeโ€™s Catholic School, and St. Paulโ€™s Lutheran School to celebrate students finishing the school year and heading into summer break.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Walmart Supercenter Ogallala Store Manager Kaleb and Assistant Manager Leah, ALL of the ice cream for the event was donated. Their support helped make it possible to serve approximately:

๐Ÿฆ 42 Saint Luke's Catholic School students
๐Ÿฆ 30 St. Paul's Lutheran School students

What an amazing example of local businesses investing directly back into our community and our kids ๐Ÿ’™

We also want to give an EXTRA special thank you to Promotions Committee Member Kerri Schroeder, who was truly the driving force behind this entire project. Kerri coordinated the planning, worked through all of the logistics, organized the details behind the scenes, and helped make the day run smoothly from start to finish. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฆ
