A few months ago our Assistant Superintendent joined our team for a book study of Personal and Authentic. This particular day we were discussing chapter 7: Creating a Legacy that Impacts a Lifetime. He asked us to reflect on our own legacy. Today I found this framed message on my desk referring back to our discussion. My entire team received one individualized to them as well. Now that is both personal and authentic leadership!
