We’re gearing up for the Christmas Tree Festival here at the library. We’ll be having basket drawings. The baskets are starting to come in. Come and see what we have. If you’d like to make and donate a basket, feel free to drop it off any time during our open hours. Thank you to Forest 2 Flavor LLC for your generous donation and for getting us started!

It’s getting exciting here at the library!! We ARE going to have a book sale for the Christmas Tree Festival! It’s just going to look a little different. The books are set up on carts and shelves in the library. And, if you’re the kind of person who likes to shop early, you can buy them NOW. We have tons of children’s, junior, young adult, and adult fiction and nonfiction. We also have DVDs and a few audio books. Come on in and find some new treasures!📚

Are your kids ready to go back to school? Do they need some books to read to get back into the swing of things? We are having a Back-to-School Book Sale during August and September. We have a variety of fiction, nonfiction, children’s, junior, and young adult books to choose from. Free will donation. Stop on in and find some treasures.

Ogema is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year during the Ogema Christmas Tree Festival. We will not be having our usual book sale. Instead, please visit the community center in the back of the library to find out some of Ogema's amazing history. Mike Rice will be there presenting. We will also have a quilt show in the library, as well as basket drawings. If you'd like to make a basket for the library, it would be greatly appreciated. They can be dropped off Monday-Thursday 10:00-6:00. Thank you!

The Bullysaurus Rex program scheduled for this Saturday, July 25th from 12:00-1:00, has been cancelled. Please join us on Thursday at 10:30 for story time and crafts.

Hey everyone! We’re so excited for our Bright Star Theatre collaboration coming up next week on July 24th from 12:00–1:00 PM.

This program is perfect for families and kids of all ages. Together, we’ll explore our Unearth theme through theatre—learning how to recognize bullying, stand up to it, and support one another with confidence and kindness.

It will be held in the Community Room on Friday, a day we are usually closed, but the back room will be open for all those who attend!

We’d love to see you there 😄
