Town of Ohatchee Ohatchee is a town in Calhoun County, Alabama, United States.

The town center lies just north of the confluence of Tallaseehatchee Creek with Ohatchee Creek, a tributary of the Coosa River.

Share the Love for the Town of Ohatchee! This area offers excellent recreational opportunities at Neely Henry Lake, located on the Coosa River. You can go boating, use personal watercraft or fish for largemouth bass, spotted bass, bluegill, sunfish, crappie, catfish, striped bass, hybrid and white bass. Alabama Power maintains three public access sites on the lake. If you enjoy history, check out the Janney Furnace Confederate And Native American Museum which houses over 150 War Between the States memorabilia and over 500 American Indian artifacts from the surrounding area.
