Men, it's time to answer the call - April is Child-Abuse Awareness month. We are in need of any volunteers, but are we are in desperate need of male volunteers! Historically retirees, veterans, teachers, and first-responders have done great in these roles, but anyone is welcome. Some of these children have never had a positive male role model, and CASA's all over the country step up to the plate and change their lives forever. Come out and support the CASA volunteers and challenge yourself to a 5k The end of the day is always filled with smiles, as everyone is proud of themselves for not only the challenge, but the joy of coming together as a community to celebrate the efforts of our CASA volunteers and the impact they have advocating for some truly amazing kids going through a very hard time during their childhood.
