Kids' Night Out is this Friday! 🎥🍿

10/16/2026

Ojai Day will proceed as planned on Saturday, October 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in and around in and around Downtown Ojai, Libbey Park and Ojai Avenue.

This decision is based on the latest weather forecast as of Friday afternoon and ongoing coordination among the City of Ojai, the Ventura County Fire Department, and the National Weather Service.

"The morning sunrise over Ojai feels magical and timeless to me as it was a hundred years ago (and beyond)," said Rocio Mariposa, winner of the 2026 Ojai Day Poster Contest. 🦋

Her vibrant poster, "Ojai Morning," beautifully captures the valley's essence with a warm sunrise over the mountains, iconic arcade, bright California poppies and a striking blue butterfly soaring at the center. Perfectly reflecting this year's theme, "Ojai’s Spirit Through the Centuries," Mariposa's commemorative artwork will be officially featured at Ojai Day.

Attendees can celebrate local art and culture with craft vendors, live music, food and family-friendly activities.
