Attention Okemah city and rural residents.. We have a contracted crew, Green Country Valuation, out working field inspections for the next few weeks. Attention Okemah City residents- We have a crew beginning visual inspection starting today, September 8th. They will be out collecting data and taking photos of all properties. They are legitimate gentlemen we have contracted to complete visual inspection. Please be kind and courteous and help us to allow them access to properties for revaluation. **Attention**
In June 2020 our office converted to a new software program. We have worked diligently to input data from our last visual inspection area into the new system. However, the majority of the parcels saw an increase in value due to updated cost tables within the new system. Change of value notices started going out in the mail today.

Due to a positive COVID-19 test result, our office will be closed until further notice.

Just a quick reminder: all NEW homestead applications must be received by tomorrow, March 15, 2018 for the 2018 tax year. Also, all personal property and business personal property must be rendered by tomorrow, March 15, 2018 to avoid the mandatory 10% penalty! Call our office at 918-623-1535 with any questions.
