🎉 Celebrating GIS Day at the State Capitol! 📍

We had the incredible opportunity to showcase the innovative strides the Oklahoma State Department of Health—Emergency Preparedness & Response Service (OSDH-EPRS) is making in the realm of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for public health disaster response across Oklahoma.

Ryan and Jack represented our team with enthusiasm, standing proudly by our booth that displayed our latest GIS solutions. Our focus is on advancing disaster intelligence, integrating data systems, and streamlining processes through automation to ensure swift and effective emergency response.

We also shared insights into our recent enhancements to our GIS infrastructure and outlined our forward-looking vision for GIS within the agency. It’s exciting to see how our work not only contributes to the OSDH’s mission but also paves the way for a safer, more resilient Oklahoma.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to learn about the critical role of GIS in public health emergencies and to our amazing team for their hard work and dedication. Let’s continue to innovate and collaborate for a healthier tomorrow!
