Our Preventive Education program on oral health is on the move sharing oral health tips and tricks across Oklahoma. Seniors have specific needs when it comes to the mouth and we share current dental updates on how to deal with these issues. Helping to bridge the communication gap, we have a bilingual staff member that can also assist . Oral health needs evolve as we age and staying informed is the start. Our team was on hand sharing vital oral health information tailored to seniors, from treating medication related dry mouth to proper denture care. Reminding participants that oral health is more than a just nice smile, it is about overall health. A big thank you to Patti RDH who shared her expertise on oral hygiene with the participants at the “Better With Age Fun Day“ sponsored by Caregiver Magazine.

🏆 He presented Dr. J. Don Harris, DDS, with a Years of Service Award in recognition of his service on the OCCHD and Foundation boards, AND served as the keynote speaker.
