A Federal Judge actually enforced the Constitution!

In one week, we could see Free People buying Silencers, Short Barrel Rifles and Short Barrel Shotguns without Unconstitutional do nothing paperwork and Federal registration.

Note: OK does not have any laws regarding silencer sales, so if this case does not get appeal by the Federal Government, those items would be sold like any other firearm requiring a NICS 4473 transaction.
SBR/SBS are still fi****ms and would fall under the NICS 4473 background screening. OK does not require registration of these fi****ms (or any fi****ms).
