Safety first! 🔥
Our Pre-K stars paused their learning to practice an important fire safety drill this week. While stopping our fun isn't easy, our little ones handled the exercise with so much patience and grace—holding tight to the walking rope like pros! We are so proud of their great listening skills and calm leadership.

Practice like this is just one example of the high-quality, supportive learning environment provided at our Exchange Family Resource Center. Our Preschool Club is privately funded each year and relies on generous donors to continue serving our young learners. Preparing them with the confidence, safety skills, and foundational learning needed for long-term academic success.

Members of our clinical team were thrilled to attend Learning Session 1 of the 18-month Learning Collaborative for Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)! 🌟

CPP is an infant mental health intervention that supports young children ages 0–5 and their caregivers following traumatic or adverse events. By strengthening the core caregiver-child relationship, CPP plays a vital role in early intervention and preventing the transmission of intergenerational trauma.

We are deeply grateful to the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) for funding this crucial training and supporting our mission to serve children and families!

Lilyfield has been named a Bedrock: Investing in Excellence Across Oklahoma awardee by Inasmuch Foundation with support for our Family Resource Center expansion in South Oklahoma City!

This investment means so much because Inasmuch Foundation has been a longtime partner in Lilyfield’s work, believing in our programs, our families, and our vision for stronger communities. We are incredibly grateful that they are choosing to continue that investment as we expand our Family Resource Center and create more space for children, families and the South Oklahoma City community to learn, heal, connect, and thrive.

We are thrilled to announce that Lilyfield is now offering Perinatal Child-Parent Psychotherapy (P-CPP)! 👶💖

P-CPP is an evidence-based intervention designed to support pregnant individuals, new mothers, and their partners as they navigate and heal from past trauma while building a strong, healthy bond with their newborn.

📌 Eligibility: Pregnant or parenting a child under 6 months
💻 Format: Weekly sessions (In-Person or Virtual options available)

Oklahoma City Housing Authority and the City of Oklahoma City have been awarded a $25.1M HUD Choice Neighborhoods Initiative grant to transform Will Rogers Courts! 🎉

And Lilyfield is honored to serve as Co-People Lead alongside Community Action Agency, helping ensure families and residents remain at the center of this transformation. ❤️

We loved seeing so many families explore our classrooms, connect with our caring staff, and share in the excitement for a new school year. Your energy and enthusiasm made the day truly special!

Lilyfield's Preschool Program is for children ages 3-4 who aren’t yet eligible for Pre-K, classes are bilingual and completely FREE!
