UPWARD TRANSITIONS' FY2026-27 ANNUAL CAMPAIGN HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN!
To launch our FY2026-27 Annual Campaign, we are distributing our 2026 Hope Report, detailing the incredible ways in which your gifts have assisted the most vulnerable in our community. We have tracked the numbers of individuals and families assisted, our fund usage, fund diversity, and more.

Your gift is crucial. Because of our supporters, our team of 11 assisted more than 4,150 neighbors last year. This support helped families avoid eviction and homelessness while allowing us to reach more neighbors with timely assistance. It also empowered individuals experiencing homelessness to get on their feet gaining access to housing and employment when we helped them obtain their birth certificates and state IDs. We are so grateful for the gifts we receive from this community and our clients' lives are literally changed by them.
