It’s been a busy year so far for our Troopers assigned to the OHP Motor Unit!

Throughout 2026, our Troopers who instruct our Safe Rider courses have traveled across our great state of Oklahoma, teaching courses in OKC, Bartlesville, Tulsa, and most recently Durant, where we kicked off our Fall course schedule.

As the summer heat begins to ease, we’re ramping things up with upcoming courses in:

📍 Shawnee
📍 Stillwater
📍 Edmond
📍 El Reno

The Durant course was full, and there is already a LOT of interest in the the remaining locations, and most courses are more than halfway full! If you’re interested, don’t wait — get registered before the courses fill up!

How to Register
Registration is easy! Simply email ([email protected]) and provide:

Your name (as you would like it to appear on your certificate)
Phone number
Email address
The course date/location you would like to attend

Who Can Participate?
Our Safe Rider courses are designed for riders of all skill levels, with an emphasis on improving riding skills and promoting safer motorcycle operation.

Participants:

Ride their own motorcycle
Must already have their “L” motorcycle endorsement on their operator’s license
