Congratulations to our 4th graders as they bridge over to middle school—we will miss you all! And how lucky were we to have a special visit from MS. STEPHANIE SPEARS! The kids were very happy to see their former principal. QCE staff and students also had a great last day of school. Remember to keep reading, have a great summer, & school starts AUG. 11th! 😎☀️📚

Survivor: QCE Edition! The tribes’s mission: to compete and survive today’s challenges. And the ultimate task was to secure a shout out from a VIP! And sure enough, we got several VIPs like Mayor Holt (former QCE parent), superintendent DR. POLK, and meteorologist Jonathan Conder. Wow, thank you all for the shout out!

Most importantly, QCE staff “survived” the 25-26 school year! We could not have done this without the love and support from our FABULOUS parents and community members. We look forward to seeing everyone back next school year and wish everyone a restful & fun summer break!

ALL QCE students have been enrolled in the Metropolitan Library’s Summer Reading Challenge so be sure to read 20 min every day to earn cool prizes! A HUGE congratulations to our very own, Mrs. Madison Stockton—3rd grade teacher, for being named “ROOKIE TEACHER OF THE YEAR!” Mrs. Stockton has inspired her students to achieve and grow in their learning. She has created a classroom filled with kindness and respect. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful teacher!
