Sometimes homeownership can feel like a distant dream. Thankfully, programs like the HOME Investment Partnerships Program help make that dream a reality.

With a HOME grant provided by the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, Housing for Communities built two new homes in Jones that are now available for purchase. These homes represent more than just bricks and mortar. They're opportunities for individuals and families to put down roots and build a brighter future.

Because these homes were built with HOME funding, eligibility to purchase is based on household size and county-specific income limits.

Another 70 brand-new apartments are now home to residents in North Tulsa at the Tulsa Housing Authority Landing at 36N. It was our honor to help them celebrate with a ribbon cutting this morning.

This is the 2nd of 7 affordable housing phases in the community.

Join us Tuesday at 10 a.m. for the ribbon cutting of The Landing @ 36N in Tulsa. This 70-unit development is the second phase of the Tulsa Housing Authority's transformative 36N community. Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency - OHFA provided $1 million in federal Housing Tax Credits to make development possible.

The Landing is a special building in the 36N development, serving as the property’s hub. The Landing will be home to 36N’s leasing office and to a community room for meetings, along with retail space that will connect to Phase IV via a plaza area.
