Thanks to strong program utilization, available Urban Set-Aside funding through the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program is currently fully committed. OHFA has temporarily paused acceptance of Urban Set-Aside applications while repayments replenish available funding. Rural Set-Aside applications remain open.

Because HSP is a revolving fund, repaid dollars can be reinvested into future housing developments across Oklahoma.
