The Strengthen Oklahoma Homes (SOH) program’s social media pages are maintained by The Oklahoma Insurance Department to inform the public, promote hazard mitigation and provide updates about grant opportunities for stren
gthening residential homes. We welcome public participation and encourage questions, feedback and constructive dialogue. To foster a safe, respectful and useful space for all users, we have established the following community guidelines. Expectations for Behavior
We welcome constructive comments, questions and feedback that are relevant to the SOH program. Comments should remain respectful, courteous and on topic. Prohibited Content
Comments and posts may be removed or hidden if they contain:
- Personal attacks, threats or harassment of any individual or group.
- False or misleading information about the SOH program or related policies.
- Commercial solicitations or promotional content.
- Profane, obscene or vulgar language.
- Personally identifiable information, including addresses or application details.
- Unfounded allegations against Oklahoma Insurance Department staff or contractors. Multiple or serious violations may result in users being blocked from the page. SOH social media pages are monitored during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. When possible, comments are to be reviewed and addressed within one business day.
