✅ Minimum Qualifications
U.S. citizen, age 21–45
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Clean criminal record (no felonies); stable employment & credit
Must pass Physical Ability Test & National Testing Network written exam

💰 Pay & Advancement
Recruit (Step A): $67,734.72/year ($32.44/hr)
Lateral recruit: $71,681.04/year ($34.33/hr)—2 years LE experience required

🎁 Key Benefits
🛡️ Full insurance: health, dental, vision, life, disability
🎓 Tuition reimbursement (up to $1,250/semester) + education incentive pay
👕 Annual uniform allowance
⏳ “8 days on / 6 days off” patrol schedule
🌐 Bilingual pay ($50–$100 per pay period)
💵 Overtime & Extra Jobs (e.g., Thunder, Paycom Center)

🎓 Academy & Beyond
28-week non-residential academy—paid from day one
Uniforms, equipment provided
Followed by 4–6 months Field Training Officer (FTO) program
Assigned to patrol division with a take-home vehicle after probation
