The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Children & Family Services Administration is looking for a CPRT Caseworker to join our team!

While the title may be a little different, this position is essentially a foster care caseworker—someone who walks alongside children, resource families, and relatives to help ensure our children have safe, stable, and loving homes.

But this work is about so much more than a job. It’s about relationships, connection, and helping our children remain connected to their families, culture, community, and identity. It’s about supporting the people who open their hearts and homes and being part of a team that believes every child deserves to know where they come from and that they belong. ❤️

Last Wednesday, CPRT hosted our first ribbon skirt/vest making class for our resource parents and children in care.

This class was such a special opportunity for our families to come together, learn, create, and make something meaningful with their own hands. Beyond creating ribbon skirts and vests, we hope opportunities like this help our resource parents continue sharing and honoring the traditions and culture that are so important to the children in their care. There is something powerful about learning together—creating alongside one another helps build connections, strengthen bonds, and create a sense of belonging. We hope that through opportunities like this, our families can continue their cultural traditions while also finding moments of healing, connection, and community.

We are looking forward to our next class!

On Saturday, July 25, CPRT hosted our **Building the Bridge Family Cultural Day**. Families learned about the history and cultural significance of war clubs and basket weaving, then had the opportunity to create their own. It was a wonderful day of hands-on learning, cultural connection, and shared experiences. Mvto to Dan Beaver and everyone who joined us and helped make the event a success!
