We are seeking $7,000 to purchase up to seven KitchenAid 8-quart commercial stand mixers for the OSUIT Culinary Arts program. These commercial mixers will be used daily in baking, pastry, sauces, and large-scale food preparation courses, giving students experience with the same high-capacity equipment they will encounter in professional kitchens. The Pumpkin Cheesecake Entremet is here!
This consists of pumpkin cheesecake, caramel mirror glaze, and a graham cracker base. Throughout this month we will offer this Cheesecake Entremet and the garnish changes.

🎃Later in the month we will offer Jack-o'-lantern theme.
