A Question Many Christians Won’t Answer Honestly…
If Satan wanted to weaken the Church without denying the name of Jesus, which doctrine would he use more effectively?
1️⃣ Prosperity Gospel
“Come to Jesus and He’ll make you rich, healthy, and successful.”
2️⃣ “Once Saved, Always Saved” (as commonly taught today)
“Pray once, and your eternal destiny can never change—even if you later reject Christ.”
Both claim to preach grace.
Both have millions of followers.
Both quote Scripture.
Yet both, when taken to the extreme, can produce Christians who are either:
* Following Christ for what He gives, or
* Living as though perseverance in Christ no longer matters.
Jesus never promised His disciples a life free from suffering.
Neither did He tell them to stop abiding, enduring, watching, overcoming, and remaining faithful.
So here’s my question:
Which teaching has caused more damage to the Church in this generation—and why?
