Late Spring and Early Summer clean up at Black Bob. We are working on bids for removing 4-5 trees asked by the city. There are some smaller piles of branches and wood pieces as well . In order to help save money and get the most out of tree removal bid one of the board member has volunteered their time to cut down and haul some branches away. Thank you so much to another homeowner who came to help me finish cutting down the last bit of the 2 trees after my mini chainsaw died 🙏 . z

There are still plenty of branches and decent logs great for burning. If anyone has time to help that be awesome. Two piles. One on the north and one on the south ends from the Wexford sign along Black Bob. If you want to help out please take one pics and go to website and submit a volunteer post for discount on the next HOA dues 🙂

Great job everyone for getting in dues before March 31st! We still have a small handful of homes we have not received payment as of today. For homes that have registered on our website (updated contact information), we will send one more courtesy email to remind you to pay dues to avoid late fees. You can pay online or mail in a check via post service (post-mark day of 3/31 to avoid late fees). There have been a few letters this year that were delayed from a new mail man but, they eventually reached us.
Please check online to view a list of homes that payment has not been collected as of today. This is also beneficial to double check if your payment was received. If you find there is an error, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Currently there are 10 homes that payments haven't been received as of today. If you haven’t registered or updated your contact information in a few years please go to the website to do so under the “Register” tab.
