Great job everyone for getting in dues before March 31st! We still have a small handful of homes we have not received payment as of today. For homes that have registered on our website (updated contact information), we will send one more courtesy email to remind you to pay dues to avoid late fees. You can pay online or mail in a check via post service (post-mark day of 3/31 to avoid late fees). There have been a few letters this year that were delayed from a new mail man but, they eventually reached us.
Please check online to view a list of homes that payment has not been collected as of today. This is also beneficial to double check if your payment was received. If you find there is an error, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Currently there are 10 homes that payments haven't been received as of today. If you haven’t registered or updated your contact information in a few years please go to the website to do so under the “Register” tab.

We had some late snow fall and subzero temperatures but this did not keep some of the great people in our Wexford community from volunteering their time to make our walkways safe for others.

The board appreciates any help from our Wexford community as many of us on the board are the ones behind the scene volunteering to salt, shovel/snow blow, chop down small trees, and gather limbs to help save costs to everyone and keep our grounds clean. Whatever money we can save by us not having to spend for snow removal will be used to continue and remove large dead trees along our right of ways (each tree can range from $500-1500 each) once the weather warms. 🙂

Keep in Mind: Sidewalks in front your homes are responsibility of the homeowners to clear and maintain per Olathe City ordinance. Please also remember to think of your neighbors and help them out if they are not physically able to clear their own sidewalk or driveways. Many kids use the sidewalks to go to school and having a safe path for them to walk is super important. We all need to look out for each other and be neighborly ❤️

Hello Neighbors! The weather is supposed to be ugly in the coming days so be sure your pipes are wrapped, hoses disconnected, puppies are inside, and everyone stays warm. Our HOA president salted the Black Bob sidewalk. Thank you Alexandrea! Remember credit can be earned for clearing sidewalks too. Just give us a heads up and fill out form online under discounts.

We also wanted to share that we have reviewed 2026 dues and adjusted some for those who earned discounts or had credits. Discounts are listed on the website so be sure to check and make you received your volunteer discount. There is a submission link to fill out that lists some criteria. This helps us ensure we do not forget to include someone. The website continues to get some updates to ensure information is provided to everyone accordingly.

Invoices will be mailed out this week but the weather may delay. The website does have updated links to pay. If you pay online be sure to select the top link that states “HOA + SAF”. We have had some homeowners wish to pay separately for their HOA dues and SAF, therefore we made a link that is separate for those homeowners.

Hello everyone and welcome to the December newsletter for Wexford. We hope everyone is enjoying their holidays so far and staying warm. We just had our annual meeting and are preparing for the new year. We want to thank the residents out there who continue to share their thoughts and time to help make our community great.

Annual assessments and SAF for 2026 will be sent out closer to February but it is now updated on the website. Those who earned a discount will be receiving their invoice soon. Please also check the website to see if you are in default as we still have 6 homes needing to pay fees. We alo have a discount page that lists homes who have received a volunteer discount. Please let us know if there is any errors. Happy Holidays everyone!

We’ve been having some crazy winds this month and mixing that with some of the old/dying trees left a big one to fall down off of black bob near there entrance of Wexford a few weeks ago back. Finally got the time to take care of it on a warm random day. This was done to avoid any fines from the city for charging us to have it professionally taken care of.

The big branches were taken care of by the VP but there still remains a small pile of branches that need to be removed. If anyone has time to remove those asap please let us know so we can get you a discount. Pictures needed.

Please keep in mind all the work we the HOA board do is strictly voluntarily to help everyone in the neighborhood benefit. But this work does need to be shared with everyone if we hope to avoid charging companies to do these tasks. Keeping our neighborhood maintained is important for safety, property value, and feeling proud of where we live.

We will also be working on getting some bids for snow removal of the black bob sidewalk as this has been removed in the past by Mona the VP voluntarily. If anyone knows anyone to recommend please let us know. Anyone we hire for services however will need to have their own insurance. But anyone who volunteers to help and sends pics of before and after may be eligible for discounts if approved by the WHOA board prior. We hope everyone stays warm and the holiday lights look amazing!

12/12/2025

Thank you everyone who came to the annual meeting and we will be working on sending out invoices for the 2026 HOA Dues and $20 Special Assessment Fee (SAF) for 2026. We still have one opening for a board member and if anyone is interested and would like to sit in some meetings to see what we do please reach out. Some of our meetings are via zoom but majority are in person so we can go over things easier. We also always welcome members at large. Being a MAL is an important role as you can lead volunteer events in community such as clean up days, Easter egg hiding, and letter distributions. Again thank you everyone who came.

We will be working on updating the website to include a page that lists homes with discounts from approved volunteer work done in the previous year. If your home is not listed please notify us asap once the page is up.

GOOD EVENING OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS OF WEXFORD!
