I do understand that emergencies / Life does happen. However, I run a business that provides for my family and all of my expenses. Please kindly note, if you need to cancel, please let us know by phone up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations will require a $50 fee. If, you no longer wish to receive my services I ask that you give me as much respect / notice as possible so I am able to cover your cleaning slot. Time Two Shine LLC is thankful for each and everyone of my clients.
