We've steadily been working on an exciting new project! The con-ex boxes behind the firehouse are being fabricated into a training center! Using funding from grants and fundraising we have been working diligently to bring this idea to life.

Our members, along with our mutual aid partners will be able to train on a number of tactics not limited to; search & rescue, hose line management and suppression techniques, large area seach, Rapid Intervention Teams, and forcible entry!

The design and structure of the center will mirror real homes and office spaces with walls, doorways, and furniture. While we won't be able to have live fire evolutions, we are able to use liquid smoke and heaters to simulate the stressful conditions we face in real life.

🎉🎉Shout out to Master Millwright for the fabrication and installation of the interior and exterior stairways, Home Depot - Dickson City and Mariotti Building Products for the donation of lumber and doors.
