** Hours are subject to change based on the Mariners Swim Team practice schedule. An expanded swim schedule will be offered at the conclusion of their season. **

Important Information
- Horseplay of any kind at the pool is strictly prohibited.
- An adult MUST accompany swimmers 16 and under.
- An adult MUST be in the water with any child who is five or younger.
- Floats and inflatables are not allowed in the pool.
-Floatation devices may be worn if securely fastened to the body. An adult MUST actively supervise children wearing floatation devices.
- Canopy Tents or large umbrellas are not permitted on the pool deck. Foldable chairs with integrated canopies are permitted. Small personal umbrellas are permitted if secured to the chair.
- Pool Furniture is first-come, first-served. We encourage patrons to bring their own foldable chairs!
- No smoking, va**ng, or use of to***co products at the pool. No glass or alcoholic beverages are permitted at the pool. Possession of alcohol or drugs is prohibited; anyone suspected of being under the influence will be asked to leave the facility.
- Swim diapers or rubber pants are required for children not toilet-trained.
- Pets are not permitted at the pool. Service Animals are allowed.
- No music devices are allowed at the pool.
- If lightning is within seven miles, the pool deck will be cleared. The pool will reopen 30 minutes after lightning has left the area.

✅ BOIL WATER ADVISORY LIFTED ✅

The Town of Old Fort would like to notify all residents that the boil water advisory has officially been lifted.

Water testing has been completed and the water system is now operating normally. Residents may resume normal water usage without boiling.

We appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and cooperation during this advisory while repairs and testing were completed. Thank you to our crews and staff for their hard work in resolving the issue as quickly and safely as possible.

🚨 BOIL WATER ADVISORY 🚨

The Town of Old Fort has experienced a water main break in front of the Old Fort EMS Base. As a precautionary measure, all residents east of the Old Fort EMS Base who receive Town of Old Fort water service are under a Boil Water Advisory until further notice.

Residents are advised to boil all water used for human consumption for at least one (1) minute before use, including:
• Drinking
• Making ice
• Brushing teeth
• Washing dishes
• Food preparation

Bottled water may also be used as an alternative.

Town crews are actively working to repair the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this time.

🚨 Town of Old Fort Update 🚨

The Town of Old Fort experienced a main waterline break near the EMS station last night. Crews are actively working on repairs.

Residents throughout town may experience low water pressure while repairs are being completed.

Due to the ongoing repair work, trash collection will not run today. We will provide updates on a revised pickup schedule as soon as possible.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while our crews work to restore normal service.

🚛 Trash Collection Update 🚛

Due to a main water line leak near the forklift place, our crews will be working with a contractor tomorrow (Thursday 5/21/26) morning to complete repairs as quickly as possible.

Thursday’s trash collection may not run on its normal schedule this week and could possibly be delayed until Friday (5/22/26) morning.

Following the holiday on Monday, trash collection will run on Tuesday (5/26/26).

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while these repairs are being made.

Westerman Street is officially open for vehicle traffic!

This reopening is an important step in our community’s continued recovery following Hurricane Helene.
