One week from today, an important 169-town tour will be wrapping up here in Lyme – and every Connecticut town's concerns are still able to be placed on the table.
For months, Sean Scanlon has crisscrossed Connecticut listening to residents – often hearing the same concerns, no matter what town he was in:

On Thursday, July 30, that tour makes its final stop in Lyme – and it’s your opportunity to ensure your concerns are on his radar screen when he returns to Hartford.
Everyone is welcome – it doesn’t matter if you live in Lyme or a neighboring community.
This isn’t a small-town event that has added an open door as an afterthought. It’s the final stop on an important statewide tour – and your questions and concerns deserve to be heard in that room just as much as anyone’s.
As Connecticut's comptroller, Sean helps oversee the state's finances and works on some of the biggest challenges facing Connecticut families.
He’s spent months hearing what’s hitting families hard — and this is an event where your participation can have a real impact. The people who show up to town halls are the people who shape what happens next because they make sure their voices are heard.
