🚨 Ice Cream Showdown Update 🚨

As many of you heard on the radio yesterday morning, Officer Harmon and Firefighter/Paramedic Enger were live on 1019 Por after a week of back-and-forth over an ice cream invitation mix-up.

The showdown was settled on the air. Officer Harmon won by a long shot—he spent the entire weekend training, as losing was not an option 🍦

During the broadcast, we also announced that this spring, in partnership with OOB Firefighters Local 2247, Fielder's Choice Ice Cream, and 1019 POR, we’ll be hosting a fundraiser at Fielder’s Choice to benefit a local charity. Keep an eye on our page and OOB Firefighters Local 2247 for details as they’re announced.

We’re just glad this feud is finally over—and we’re confident there won’t be any “missed” ice cream invitations moving forward.

🚨 PUBLIC NOTICE 🚨

Old Orchard Beach Police Department accusing us of ice cream foolery… while managing a two-truck dairy situation in broad daylight like it’s part of standard operations.

Captured by a passing citizen—units on scene, cones in hand, and minimal effort to disguise what’s clearly an… extended snack investigation.

⚠️ Public Advisory: Elevated dairy levels in the area. Lactose-intolerant individuals should proceed with caution.

We’ll remain on standby… observing, documenting, and letting the evidence speak for itself.
