If we're naming things that speed up looking and feeling older, factors such as sun exposure, stress, or smoking may come to mind. But here's something you might not have considered: worrying about aging may actually leave its mark on the body in a similar way.

Anxiety about the aging process - especially fears about declining health - may lead to changes in how genes function, contributing to accelerated aging, according to a study. https://loom.ly/trytJgY

The Estuary can help you alleviate some of those worries. With a variety of programs and services, we are here to support you throughout the years as you age.

Aging isn't determined by genetics alone. Learn which lifestyle, environmental, and health factors may accelerate the aging process....

Confused about what can actually be recycled? Us too.

The rules can feel overwhelming, and honestly, most of us are just guessing half the time. That’s exactly why we’re hosting Rethinking What It Means to Reduce and Recycle on Monday, June 15 at 11:00 AM.

Karen Evans of Sustainable Essex is going to break recycling down: why reducing waste matters, what reuse really looks like, and what actually belongs in that recycling bin.

FREE and open to all. No registration required.
