The Texas ruling on NFA items is precisely why I preemptively ran the Freedom to Carry Act Amendment on the Ohio House floor in June. It would solve these problems, and we should immediately convene to pass it now.

Ohio gun owners should not be in legal limbo and exposed to felony charges for owning/wanting to purchase tools clearly referenced in our beautiful Second Amendment and Article 1, Section 4 of the Ohio Constitution.
