Tonight we got together with multiple departments to train on grain bin rescue systems. Awhile back we received a grant from Farm Credit Services of America as well as a donation from the John Daniel family to purchase a system. This was the first time we have gotten it out and put it to use. Hopefully we never need it, but we are extremely grateful to have it!

Some action shots during our pumper training this month. We have gained a few new members recently, so we’re working to get them up to speed as quickly as possible. Happy to have Darren Johnson and Joe Roth on to help us out.

We were honored to receive a check tonight from the Lynn Bender memorial. Thank you to the family, we will put it to good use.

I am taking a collection of shirts for delivery, I will be making the rounds this weekend. If any of our neighboring departments would like to donate a shirt shoot me a message and I can pick one up and get it delivered!
