The Olean Public Library can now offer improved computer access to the community it serves by participating in the Broadband Technology Program Grant program of the New York State Library. The New York State Library, has received a federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Broadband Technology Opportunity Program (BTOP) award in the Public Computer Center category as part of Round One

funding from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). With this grant the Olean Public Library can provide free public access computing services to the general public with a focus on services for the unemployed and underemployed by offering hands-on instruction and tutoring.

Camp Turner seeks Assistant Horse Corral Director / Camp Counselor. Dates of employment are June 26 through August 14. Work is Sunday morning though Friday evening most weeks. We offer competitive salary (per diem) plus room and board. Applicant must be 18 years of age and willing to live on-site within Allegany State Park.
