🌞 SUMMER SAFETY MESSAGE FROM THE OLIVIA POLICE DEPARTMENT 🌞

School is officially out, and summer has unofficially begun here in Olivia! As families head outdoors, kids enjoy their break, and the community gets busier, we want to remind everyone to stay safe and look out for one another.

Here are a few friendly reminders as we kick off the season:

🚗 Drive Carefully – More kids are out walking, biking, and playing. Slow down and stay alert.
🚲 Bike & Scooter Safety – Helmets on, eyes up, and follow the rules of the road.
🌊 Water Safety – Keep a close watch on children near lakes, pools, and rivers.
🌞 Heat Safety – Stay hydrated, use sunscreen, and take breaks in the shade.
