It’s been two years since the public swimming pool in Olla was demolished due to safety issues and costly repairs. But last week, the LaSalle Recreational District No. 22 (LRD) finally received the architectural plans for a new pool and there is excitement in the air once again.
LRD President Melinda Hatten noted the process has taken longer than expected but they are thrilled to announce to the public a new pool is coming soon.
