City Launches New Online Traffic Complaint Form
Olmsted Falls â 08/26/2026 â The City of Olmsted Falls is pleased to announce the launch of a new online traffic complaint form, providing residents with a convenient way to report traffic-related concerns directly to the Police Department.
The new online service allows residents to report issues such as speeding, distracted driving, aggressive driving, traffic congestion, stop-sign or signal violations, and other traffic safety concerns. When submitting a complaint, residents can enter a street name or use an interactive map to drop a pin at the specific location of the traffic concern. This feature makes it easier to identify exactly where an issue is occurring.
The information submitted will help the Police Department identify problem areas, evaluate traffic-safety concerns, and determine appropriate enforcement or other responses.
Residents can access the new traffic complaint form through the Cityâs website at: https://forms.web.east.urbansdk.com?form_ref=866bcc40-fb5d-4314-9049-da3d1771f2b3
âWe want to make it easier for residents to communicate traffic safety concerns to the Police Department,â said Mayor Chad Gluss. âThis new online form provides an additional convenient way for members of our community to share information that can help us address traffic concerns and improve safety throughout the city.â
Residents are encouraged to provide as much specific information as possible when submitting a complaint, including the location, date and time of the incident, type of traffic violation or concern, and any other relevant details. The ability to search by street name or drop a pin on the map allows residents to quickly and accurately identify the location of their concern.
The online complaint form is intended for non-emergency traffic concerns. Residents should continue to call 911 for emergencies or crimes in progress.
For more information or to access the new traffic complaint form, visit olmstedfalls.org.
