is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in the Washington, D.C. We work to build communities that foster healthy and positive youth and adult development and growth. We provide workshops designed to build youth self-esteem and confidence and to cultivate leadership skills and improve decision-making. We work directly with youth who are at risk as well as youth who are already involved in the ju

venile justice system. We also work with individuals reentering society after incarceration and the providers who support their transition. We strive to strengthen and grow the network of organization and providers that serve these youth and individuals in order to build safer, more supportive communities.
