We’re grateful for another opportunity to connect with our CICN community! 💙

On August 18, we had the pleasure of attending the monthly CICN Luncheon. Thank you to Primrose Retirement Community for hosting and bringing together fellow community partners.

Connecting with other organizations gives us opportunities to share ideas, learn from one another, and strengthen the relationships that help us better support the individuals and families in our community.

Sometimes it’s not about winning at Bingo. It’s about getting out, having fun, and enjoying the moment. ❤️

One of our residents had a great time on a recent Bingo outing and that smile says it all.

These are the moments that matter: trying something new, being part of the community, sharing some laughs, and simply having a good time.

A little time at the arcade gave one of our residents an opportunity to enjoy a favorite activity, make choices, and have some fun while out in the community.

Community participation is about more than simply getting out, it’s about having opportunities to explore interests, try new experiences, connect with others, and be part of the community.

There’s something about seeing a smile like this that makes you smile too. ❤️ Just sitting at the table, enjoying a little chocolate treat, and taking in the moment.

It may look like an ordinary afternoon, but these are the moments that become part of someone’s story. The little joys. The favorite treats. The time spent together. The freedom to enjoy something simply because you want to. Life doesn’t always have to be about big milestones.

Sometimes, it’s just a chocolate-covered treat and a really good moment. And honestly, those moments matter. 💙

New experiences like this give us opportunities to explore, learn, connect, and enjoy time together in the community. We love creating opportunities for the people we support to try new things, discover new interests, and make memories along the way. 💛
