Today, 24 August, community agencies met at the Health Dept, Lilly Road to discuss ideas how Thurston County can best meet the needs of veterans. The focus was on newly transitioned veterans from active duty status to civilian life, the homeless, and their families. Much was learned from caring, concerned representative from various community agencies.
