Some need help maintaining an existing PSM and RMP program. Others need an audit, Mechanical Integrity support, updated documentation, training, or help closing long-standing action items.

Clear drawings. Accurate equipment lists. Valves that move. Data plates you can actually read. Tags and caps where they belong.

These small details make a big difference in the day-to-day reality of managing an ammonia refrigeration system. They help operators, maintenance teams, contractors, auditors, and emergency responders work from the same reliable information.
That is what a strong MI program should do.

Machine rooms usually don’t go from “fine” to “major issue” overnight. Most serious problems start with small warning signs that slowly become “normal.”

Here are 4 machine room red flags facilities should never ignore:
1️⃣ Oil where it shouldn’t be
2️⃣ Frosted valves or piping
3️⃣ Alarms everyone ignores
4️⃣ Temporary fixes becoming permanent
