Dear Team DDCN,
Today, I am both proud and excited to share an important development in the journey of Developmental Disability Center of Nebraska (DDCN). We have agreed to a merger with LITALICO Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; CEO: Fumihiro Yamaguchi; TSE Ticker Code: 7366), a distinguished leader in our industry. This strategic move is set to transform our company as DDCN becomes a consolidated subsidiary under LITALICO.
This decision has been made after thoughtful consideration. This merger represents a union between two organizations deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. By uniting our strengths, we are set to achieve greater innovation, broaden our services, and deepen our impact within the community.
