We had such a wonderful time at the DCHC resident cookout this week! The Food Services team did a fantastic job grilling up delicious burgers and serving classic picnic favorites, and it was truly heartwarming to see our residents smiling and enjoying quality time with staff and each other.

A huge, heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who pitched in to help with serving food, safely transporting residents to and from the Duda Pavilion, and cleaning up afterward. We couldn't have done it without your incredible teamwork, kindness, and dedication to making this day so special.

DCHC has been celebrating all month long! We kicked off the festivities with America's 250th Birthday Party, where the band High Heel kept the dance floor full and everyone singing along. Residents and staff also thoroughly enjoyed the visit from Pixie's Pony Tales, who shared their adorable animals with us.

A special thanks to all the DCHC employees who organized and the ones who participated in this incredibly enjoyable and successful event! We are truly grateful for their hard work and dedication to the residents and their coworkers.

DCHC celebrated National Nursing Home Week last week with several successful events. Residents enjoyed cookouts and crafts in the courtyard, a trip to the zoo, indoor bowling, and a friendly game of pool.

The weather cooperated beautifully, and everyone had a great time.
