It's time for this intolerant marriage ban to be squashed once and for all.

During the hourlong hearing, U.S. District Judge Joseph Bataillon made it clear that he believes the state’s marriage ban is unconstitutional. But he also indicated that even if he strikes down the law, he may “stay” his own ruling pending the state’s appeal to the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
