Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District is hands-down the most unique in America! Why? NE (and Maine) are the ONLY states that split electoral votes: 2 for statewide winner, 1 per district. NE-2’s urban Omaha mix often flips blue in a red state—Obama won it in ’08, Biden in ’20. With split voters, this could finally give Libertarians their FIRST electoral vote if they surge!
