We missed sharing this last week, but we want to give a huge shoutout to the volunteers from UnitedHealthcare who spent several days serving in Together's Nourish Food Pantry!

Their team rolled up their sleeves and helped ensure our pantry operations ran smoothly so that individuals and families facing food insecurity could access the groceries and resources they need.

We are grateful for community partners who invest their time and energy into supporting our mission. Thank you, UnitedHealthcare, for helping us strengthen food access and make a difference in the lives of our neighbors.

This interactive workshop will provide practical tips and strategies to help participants make their grocery budgets go further through meal planning, smart shopping, and creative ways to maximize ingredients

We were honored to welcome Victor Rountree to Together this morning for a tour of our Nourish Food Pantry and Housing Stability Clinic.

The visit provided an opportunity to discuss the work Together is doing to support our community, as well as the challenges many of our participants continue to face when it comes to housing stability, food access, employment, and other essential needs.

Facebook Memory | 2021

This memory popped up today, and it's still worth celebrating. 🚗💙

In 2021, Together received our Street Outreach vehicle—a huge step forward for our outreach team and the people we serve. Having a dedicated vehicle meant being able to respond more quickly to the needs of our unhoused neighbors, connect people to resources, and meet individuals where they were.
Looking back, it's a reminder that sometimes the tools we invest in can make a real difference in how we serve our community.

The team was originally Kurt and Cynthia! Thanks for all you did in establishing the team and making the program one of our core programs.

Together will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and serves as a time to reflect on freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equity and justice for all.

Our administrative offices, Nourish Pantry, and Housing Stability Clinic will be closed for the holiday. Regular services will resume on Monday, June 22.
We wish everyone a safe and meaningful Juneteenth weekend. ❤️🖤💚

🐾🥫 A special guest stopped by Together's Nourish Food Pantry today!
We are excited to welcome volunteers from UnitedHealthcare, who will be serving alongside our team in the pantry Monday through Thursday this week. Today's volunteer group included the one and only Dr. Health E. Hound and group organizer Sarah Hughes!
Partnerships like these help us ensure that individuals and families in our community have access to nutritious food and compassionate support. Thank you to UnitedHealthcare and all of the volunteers who are dedicating their time to help make a difference.
